Architectural Auto CAD Drafter - Commercial Buildings

What you would do:
- CAD draft accurately and effectively architectural sections, details, plans, elevations based upon sketches or preliminary drafting begun by others with guidance by others
- Complete document mark-ups by others
- Accumulate building data to prepare and prepare energy and building code reviews
- Assist in field surveys to take and record dimensions accurately and comprehensively
- Be responsible for organizing and maintaining documents both electronic and hard copy

What you will need:

- B.S. Architectural Degree from a US university
- 3+ years US work experience CAD drafting commercial shell construction and knowledge of construction documentation for commercial buildings.
- Proficient with AutoCAD Version 2006 (version 2000 acceptable), Outlook, Word
- Interview will require CAD testing and samples of AutoCAD architectural drafting showing wall sections and detail for commercial building shell construction.
